I returned starter kit months ago but havent recieved reimbursement..customer service says they returned it to my old CLOSED bank account and to call the bank bc they cant reimburse me any other way.

It Works automatically refunds orders to the card that was used to pay for the order. There's no other way for them to do the refund since the card information is literally the only billing information they have for you and they won't send a paper check since there's a risk of it being lost in the mail.You'll want to contact the financial institution that your bank account was set up with. They should be able to either transfer it into your new account (if you have a new one with the same institution) or issue you a check for the amount of the refund; the exact procedure depends on the policies of your bank.
