I'm very pissed off money took my account they give this phony 1-800 number that don't work can't talk to live person I will get there service again also call my attorney on them so I'm sueing them for going into my account without my permission

Selina, go file a complaint over on the Better Business Bureau website. ItWorks answer complaints over there and not on here.
There's hundreds of complaints over the same thing on the BBB and they do seem to refund people, so I'd definitely complain over there. Their reps are so shady and literally lie and tell people it's a one time charge when they know damn well that they're signing you up for an autoship. Just never give people your cc number to let them order for you. They do this so you can't read the fine print.
Actually they're that led to order for the customers! Gotta be one of the sleaziest companies out there.
