My husband and I were both charged 20.00 on a credit card for a subscription we never signed up for. Company refuses to give us back our money. I will be contacting better business bureau

Yeah, good luck with that. The BBB won't do anything since they have no control over ItWorks.

If you were a Distributor, the $20 charge was likely your eSuite and replicated website subscription. It's set up automatically when you enroll, and it shows up if you look at your Autoship page on your account.
