A family member signed me up for a monthly payment plan and well...4 and a half months later I still haven't even received 1 box!! I've called so many times and no one will help me!

The first two women I spoke with said I need to talk to the billing department but they aren't allowed to give me their phone number. How am I supposed to talk to someone if you wont transfer the call or give me their phone number?? Then I spoke with a man that was so rude. I honestly couldn't believe this man had a job.

After telling me that the first two women had lied and that isn't what the company's procedure is, he yelled at me and hung up!

They keep charging me over $100 for something that I have never even received! I'm tired of calling, being put on hold, getting told a different story every time I call, never getting the stuff I order and this company just keeps taking my hard earned money!

Product or Service Mentioned: It Works Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $400.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: How, Cancellation policy sucks.
