I have been using it works for about 3 to 4 years and as today I will not be ordering coffee anymore you went up on your product plus now to get the discount up got to pay $19.98 to get your discount you really have messed a lot of people up by doing this being a loyal customer doesn't count for anything so hope things go well for you and of course this will not mean anything to you losing me as a customer but that's the way things go for some people. When you are on a fix income and one of your favorite things goes up and then can't afford it more it is what it is

Disrespectful representative

I have screen shots of the messages first off. Second, this girl shouldn't be condescending to the clients.

I have worked on online sales for more than 10yrs and if I acted like she did. I would have been fired. I do not appreciate the audacity of disrespect form her and I will be posting a very negative no stars review unless this is handled properly.

Return labels and credit

I still haven't received my return for my cancelation. I sent my representative a cancelation texted in May.

I recieved a package. Iooked on my statement for a phone number. The number kept disconnecting. I texted representative in June.

I got a repsonse of I no longer work for them. Call customer service. Again I called number, it still didn't work. Messaged representative again.

No response. Got another package. Both packages received caused overrdraft charges. Called umber from statement agian .

Didn't work. The pho e number was 1-78*-***-****. I finally got a friend to googled the number sin e I don't have a computer and got 1-78*--***-**** in which I finally talked to someone who has said that I can oy have 1 return lable for redit instead of 3. I really don't feel that I should loose money since I have been making effort

to get this cancled.

I checked my email and still no lable. I am out $274 in product and $100 in overdraft charges.

This is not how to treat customers. Please resolve.
