I still haven't received my return for my cancelation. I sent my representative a cancelation texted in May.

I recieved a package. Iooked on my statement for a phone number. The number kept disconnecting. I texted representative in June.

I got a repsonse of I no longer work for them. Call customer service. Again I called number, it still didn't work. Messaged representative again.

No response. Got another package. Both packages received caused overrdraft charges. Called umber from statement agian .

Didn't work. The pho e number was 1-78*-***-****. I finally got a friend to googled the number sin e I don't have a computer and got 1-78*--***-**** in which I finally talked to someone who has said that I can oy have 1 return lable for redit instead of 3. I really don't feel that I should loose money since I have been making effort

to get this cancled.

I checked my email and still no lable. I am out $274 in product and $100 in overdraft charges.

This is not how to treat customers. Please resolve.

User's recommendation: Stay in touch with your representative.

Preferred solution: Return labels and full credit of 3 packages Have a addition al loss of $100 because of overdrafts.
