I was approached by a new distributor who offered me a deal to buy one month supply. Now I am trapped into the Loyalty Customer bullsh&^ .

I did not authorize anyone to sign me up for this program to buy this product monthly. This company makes it literally impossible to cancel you loyalty customer auto shipment. On the website you go through the steps, then NO...you have to call customer service. 30 - 40 - 50 minutes on hold.

Ridiculous! This is a scam....they sign people up for this and you don't authorize a thing.

My distributor completely gave me the run around. VERY PISSED

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $91.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

It Works Cons: Dishonesty, Dont respond to complaints, Misleading results and misleading customer requirements.

This is my experience also. I knew nothing about the autoship program until I was notified of the second order being shipped.

I can pay the $50 cancellation fee which means I will have spent $136, or I can do the three shipments and pay $120. It really is a sad way to do business
