The distributors can 100% cancel your autoship. if she's telling you differently she's lying.
They signed you up so they should have all your log in info, ask her for it. Once she gives it to you, you will see it won't work, then she'll play dumb and tell you to call customer service,knowing they shut their phone lines down back in January.
Go file a complaint on the Better Business Bureau website, ItWorks answers them all over there and don't even check this site. If you file over there, they will definitely respond to it.
