I had placed my order for autoship. It said shipped on Sept.
1 still not here and it's the 16th. I called and the first person Ed was so rude, told me to listen and would not reimburse me for at least my shipping method....I was beyond aggravated. I paid for these products and had auto ship early so I would not run out of products. I called again, I forgot ladies nameaybe Roxanne and again rude I have never been treated so poorly in my life from people in customer service she argued back with me on the phone and hung up!
Whenever I write a ticket on the website you get the same automated response follow your tracking. I have never been treated so poorly from any company.
I informed my rep and she is going to speak with higher up. I am also going to report to corporate.
