Are you saying that the correct address is on your account but not on your shipments? Or that the right address isn't on file at all?
To update your autoship address, you need to go into your autoship profile and manually update the address. There should be a dropdown tab on the right side of the edit screen that will let you select the address. Just make sure you save the autoship changes after changing it, otherwise it will continue sending them to the old address.
As for the shipment that already went out, you'll likely need to contact the carrier (FedEx or USPS) with the order's tracking information to see about having it forwarded. If the tracking shows that it's being shipped back to the company because it went to the wrong address, submit a support ticket on your account asking them to reship it to the correct address (make sure to include the updated address in the ticket so they can verify that they have the right one); they'll usually reship it at no additional cost if there's an address issue.
