Bought what I thought was one month of thermofight x, could not take it. Received an email saying where I was charged for my next shipment. Sent an email back stating I do not want any more and I was not aware that is was more than a one time deal. Ask them to not ship it to me and to put my money back in my account. Got a message back telling me the company could not receive an email. Got a package from them today and Im returning it and I expect my money to be back credited to me. I tried to call a number for their customer service and it blasted some crazy loud noise and you couldnt talk to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go file a complaint on the Better Busimess Bureau website. They answer complaints over there and not on here.

They *** their phone numbers off so you can't even call customer service to cancel. And if you contact the rep you went through to get it, they'll tell you'll they'll cancel it for you, but they 100% won't and you'll end up getting charged again.

This is not a complaint. Id like to stop my auto shipments. My ID 1559**** and I can contact my credit card company and have them block you for all future use but I would prefer if you would just simply stop the auto shipment thank you so much
