I wasn't getting so much information, especially about the auto- shipment so, I was upset when you guys took the money without me knowing, and when I asked my sponsor she said, oh you can actually turn that off. So it was a lack of communication, in certain situations. Also, I wasn't benefiting from it, partly my fault I wasn't interested after 2weeks. So, I would like to remove my account completely, please.

They sent me something I didn’t order

They messed up my autoship order . This is only the 3rd month and I was enjoying my just celery but no they sent me something I can't use . keto salted Carmel coffee.. nasty .I don't even have a coffee maker because I hate coffee. So I guess I'm stuck with it because I can't get anyone to help me get a return label.

Displeased wirh auto shipment

I have been enrolled into an auto shipment process and i never authorized this happening. I have been made aware by email that on July 25 200 my card will be debited for $56. Not to mention that i spoke to a representative that told me in order to stop the auto shipment i have to pay $50 and now a representative won't even call me back or have a supervisor give me a call back to stop this from happening. I was reassured by a representative that on July 21st 2020 that a representative or a supervisor would call me back so that we could put an end to the auto shipment no one ever called me back.

Hello my name is taylor Brock and I'm a distributor. I cannot login to my esuite account I had to get a new phone about a week ago because I got water damage on my old one.

I cant seem to remember my email for it but I have since changed the password with my current email. I need to shut off autoshipments

They shipped my first order and I never received it and when I told them I never received it they said I had to call the post office to get proof... I did and they still won't replace it ...I got my second order and it didn't work... in fact it constipated me. I wanted them to cancel and they charged me anyway for my third order.

I couldnt take the product. I was told if I shipped the unused portion, I would receive a refund. Well, I only got a 1/4 of what was owed to me, and every month, they continue taking the $ out of my account!!!! You cannot get in touch with anyone!!!!

Yup need to be shut down. They just doing this so reps checks look higher for when the new 2020 IDS comes out because the FTC is making the reps post the income disclosure statement for false income claims
