Not work. Asked to cancel. More charges and bottles sent

I agreed to try the gummies. I have received 4 bottles and dont work for me. Waste of money. Asked to end these being sent. Girl states signed up for 3 months and did but 1 bottle each month be 3 bottles. I already have 4 bottles that dont work for me so $150 into it and now just saw money of $75+ from account and sending me 2 more bottles. Dont want. Already over 3 bottles signed up fordidnt know Rachel Jones who got these through but very disappointed not do any for me.

I ordered it thinking I was ordering from my niece

I ordered this product thinking I was ordering from my niece because she was promoting it for a friend of hers I got it and then found out the lady ordered it through another friend of hers I said ok well I only done the 1 time purchase but of course this month my card is charged again 125.00 dollars so I contact the lady she just tells me to let it go since I was already charged and it was a 3 month promotion anyway. If it was a 3 month promotion why wasn't I charged the entire 3 month from the beginning and why would I continue with the program anyway when I was doing it to help my niece not someone I don't even know and I haven't even used the product because I haven't had the chance yet.

I have been trying to get a refund for a charge of $120.95 for a week now . The money was charged to my account and this is the second time I am having this problem. This also happened last month ... customer service has stopped replying to my ticket and now I no longer wish to be a loyal customer or distributor for it works! I am beyond upset at this point!!!!

Pretty sad when someone who sells for them can't even get a hold of them. What were you thinking getting involved with such a sleazy company?

Didn't you do even a simple Google search first? There's thousands of complaints on them between here, the B B B and the TrustPilot website. Whoever signed you up to sell clearly put you on autoship and that why you're being charged every month.

Really the only way out of it is to file a complaint on the B B B website, since ItWorks answers them all over there and will cancel your your account if you do. Good luck and stay away from these MLM companies!

I’m very tired of people not listening and stopping all the orders when I ask I want nothing on my credit card and I would love to be able to get a hold of somebody occasionally

I am a distributor 1609****. I have an individual who ordered salted caramel keto pods and is not happy that she only got 48. I guess her intentions are to drink everyday it should last her 60 days. However, I do not have her listed under me. Her id# is 1625**** and the order # is 9342****a. I asked for her password and email to her Account and she cant remember her password. So I cant find her, and theres nothing I can do to help her . She has stating that if I cant get it resolved she wants a refund. Please help.

There's THOUSANDS of complaints about them and how unethical they are. Ffs, there's over 1000 of them just on here! They don't even a working number Available for anyone to call.

I simply wanted to call and speak with a live representative but couldn't get through. I forgot to change my autoshipment to a different product. I was in the hospital and I didn't think I would be able to take the slimming vinegar gummies. Since then I checked with my doctor and he said it should be okay. So I don't need to change my order at this time. Thank you
