Shipment was damaged, plastic lid broken off. Thermofigh x was exposed from lid, waited 3 weeks for product to be non usable. Very sad

I start working with it works March fifth 2020 till March 5th 2021 my up line was Murwa Ali She mislead me by telling me to use fake loyal customers she mentally used me and verbally abused us and forced me to buy ranks by telling me to buy gift cards over 5000$ at one time and I was going between different stores to buy the total limit of gift cards since in America you can buy a certain amount in one store so I was driving for the gift cards from about 7 pm to 2am and she lied to me about bonuses for double diamond but there werent any bonuses and when the check came I wanted to talk to her about it but she never responded and she asked me to send products back in Africa and most of them expired so please can someone help out .

Return products and refund

I have not received my refund as of yet, when i called last week the girl needed my credit card in order to give me my refund. She said the card wasnt going through and needed a different card. I explained to her i only had that card and she kept repeating herself that she needed a different card. When i asked to speak to her supervisor she said the supervisor wasnt then and then said they were busy, i said i would wait and she hung up on me. I still havent received my refund and i returned the product thec1st week of June. What's going on?

A withdraw was made from my account

I ordered product and it was told to me that the product and charges would stop at the end of the 3 months. I was charged for a 4tg month.

The product caused my hair to fall out and become very thin. I contacted my rep and she said it was normal and new hair would start coming in, I more have very thin hair with bold spots throughout my head.

I have canceled this account two months in a row and just got notice a shipment is being processed to come. I was already supposed to be refunded and now this.

If I am charged another month from this place I will be suing them. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone for anything.
