My daughter wanted to try a product. I checked out and the next thing I know, I have a subscription. When I called to cancel, it is a 39 minute wait and there’s no email option. I canceled subscription with my payment vendor but I’m stuck with current charge. They told me that some companies have the subscription agreement so small you don’t see it but it’s the only way to even order a product.

I ordered the thermafit vitamin supplements Jan 15 & as of Feb 24 I still have not received them!! I have been messaging the lady dealer that I ordered through & she assures me that they are shipped & will be here soon.

In the mean time she gave me some free 2 day cleanse. Well, I had no results what so ever with the cleanse. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

I now have had 2 payments of $44.63 charged to my credit card & no merchandise! Yep........$89.26 for nothing!!!

At all times it's a two way process meaning that both the sales representative also the buyer have options. The sales rep always has the option to sell a product to other potential customers.And the potential buyer has a right to mull over a decision before proceeding to buy a product or not.Change their mind or cancel a subscription if their personal circumstances change or no longer require the item.I don't think they should be faced with a fifty pounds fee if they cancel before the three month challenge.Especially if they wasnot aware that their initial order was placed on an automatic auto shipment payment system for three months in the first place.
