Unauthorized charges
I did a 90 day challenge and it was over in April I noticed in my bank statement that they have been pulling the money out for over three months unauthorized I would like my money back I dont even live at that address I have never received any merchandise Ive only received it twice I would like a refund of my money or I will take you to court

I signed up and the next day went to cancel as a distributor. Read all the reviews and realized this is not what I want.
I contacted and created a ticket like required to cancel. In the mean time the woman that recruited me not once reached out to me since signing up. Ticket requested that I acknowledge that I want to cancel and that I create anther ticket. I did that and requested a full refund as not products have been shipped.
Told me to acknowledge cancel a create another ticket AGAIN!! SO I DID. Now I go to try to log in to see about my ticket request and I can no longer sign in.
I checked my emails...nothing! Checked my bank statement...NOTHING!!

Need to speak to someone
I tried to call It Works customer service and got a recording telling me I could pay a dollar and change for a $100 voucher. I do not want this. I need to speak with a person about my account please.

I asked you guys last week to cancel my auto shipment that was for recent oh, you guys did me back my $47 back but then you took it back. A cancellation in a refund does it mean you guys get the have my money back.
