The CEO is heartless and found out that he overcarges and doesn't give refunds

The ceo is a heartless, arrogant thing that thinks he's all that. He does not care about tearing apart people and ruining lives. The products don't work & I for 1 am a witness. I tried the wrap because I got it instead of money owed to me. The wrap is a waste of time and money. I've heard several times & reading the complaints. They do not have good customer service and give a very hard time getting refunds if you can even get someone on the phone. This company needs to be brought down and out of business before more people are hurt financially or any other way.

How does this have anything to do with the CEO? Have you ever research him and his integrity, along with all the Giving back he and his wife have done?

Also 1 wrap has never been disclosed as being a magical thing.

4 is considered a treatment. Your wrap could of been expired, you may not had drank the water, etc.

Also it's not for weight loss.

That is how he bought an island in FL! I wouldn't waste my $ on this scam.

The base reviews will run It Works out of business and this couple robbing folks will have to sell all of their houses and crawl back under the rock they came from. If it seems too good to be true, it is.

Perk points can only be used on ONE TIME orders, not recurring autoships. Making a one time purchase and applying points is separate from your autoships.

You agree to do three months of autoships, not three months of orders.

There is a difference. And this difference unfortunately caused your problem.

Wraps Do NOT Work!

I used the wraps on my arms and stomach, over a period of time as directed and all I did was waste time & money. They didn't do anything except seem to make my arms *worse*. My sister also tried the wrap and had the same result: nothing but wasted time & money. They don't stand by their products and don't offer refunds if it doesn't work/you want to cancel. Took forever to get my credit card off their files (yes, as others say, you'll be on hold for a long time). Their entire company is a scam and misleading unless you're a whiz at signing people up under you (truly seems like a pyramid scam since they're always pushing to recruit! recruit!). I will never use their products again and will warn people against them any time I can. Avoid at ALL costs!!

I agree.I was ripped off for 300 dollars.I bougt wraps and body gel.And also detox ponder stuff.I had no idea that once I ordered Items.I tried it the first month.Nothing.Does not work.Next thing you know I was sent the same *** again.When I asked my rep.She said I signed up for 3 months of products.This was done on messages from face book.I NEVER sighed anything.Their products suck.When I told my rep.She said I have to send items back at my expence.A holes.

The company itself does not push people to recruit recruit. The distributors that do not work for the company often do, because that's how they make money.

And the agreement clearly states that refunds on used products as it's a health aid and results vary.

This is a risk you take when locking yourself into the Loyal Customer Agreement without sampling the product at retail cost first with no agreement. Sorry to hear it didn't work.

Well if you would drink water with the wrap on and avoid fast food, alcohol, and other *** during the wrap and 3 days after it would work better. Everyone is different which is why there's no refund.

Its purpose is to tighten tone and firm and release bad toxins from your body. The product worked for me!!

Sodas or eat fast food.I lost over 50 pounds on my own by only drinking water & eaten smaller portion of food . I tried it works previously & haven't lost anything

ItWorks...Not worth it!

The wraps are a joke. Over priced products. HORRIBLE customer service!! (IF you get lucky enough to actually talk to somebody. I was on hold 45+ minutes THREE SEPARATE TIMES!) Another time I called I gave up after 50 minutes on hold. Many people I know have canceled their shipments and IW continued to charge their credit cards. Some got double charged for products and it was such a hassle to get the money back as it's HARD to contact this company. I'm ashamed to say I sold this product to close friends and family and not one was happy with their purchase. This company seems a little shady to me... I wouldn't waste time,you guys. Or MONEY!

I am working with a health and wellness company that has natural product that really do work. It's not gimmicky like a body wrap.

This company has over 1 Billion in annual sales and growing.

The program works(I have lost 23 lbs in 3 months) and the people are great.

It Works---worst customer service ever!

I ordered the auto shipment from a friend I meet through an organization after months of her constantly hounding me to order it. The second I ordered I didn't hear back from her. I ordered the greens product and felt super sick every time I went to use it. I reached out to her several times asking what I have to do. She said to switch products and I asked her we'll have you heard of other products making people sick and she said yes so I asked her how I cancel my auto shipment and no word from her. Just called thier support line and that was the worst service ever. The lady was rude she told me that I can pay the 50 to cancel or go get a doctors note so I don't have to pay. Why would I need a doctors note? That's the dummies the thing ever. I asked her to cancel my plan and she said she'll cancel it for this month but next month I have to call and cancel for good than. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? This is the worst company that I have ever worked with in regards to direct sellers. I will never recommend this company ever.

The reason you have to submit a doctor's note is because you signed up for a three month agreement. And in doing so, you agree to make three months of autoships, or be subject to a $50 fee for cancelling early.

You can't just sign up and cancel early with no penalty for not keeping the agreement. It honestly sounds like the person you purchased from was only interested in making a sale and didn't explain the company and their agreement.

If you gave your credit/debit card, report your card lost to your bank. That will stop from charging your card. If you gave your bank account info, the only solution is to close it.
