Worst customer service
The 800 number is the worst customer service. They refused to just verify my account and demanded my entire card number.
Wouldnt listen when I would tell them I didnt have my card and just hung up on me.
I could have verified my account with the last 4 of my card number but the wanted every thing the card number exp date and 3 digits on the back and when I didnt give it and said giving that info is the way people get scammed they hung up. What the actual *** It works you have some people you need to look at.!

Yes I ordered coffee samples and never received them would like my sample or my money I never made money from this company I lost money
Cancel all future shipments
Can not take because of health reasons and cant afford something that didnt work for me, all I ask is for all orders to be canceled and my account not to be charged

Very confusing talk to a oerson then EVERYTHING repeated by another person THEN switched to someone about another scam. Im not sure if my cancellation is actually done!!

Cancel my subscription and refund
Haven't used product In 5 months and can't get a hold of It works company to cancel my subscription or get refund the the company. I've been leaving messages all over and no one gets back to me just question airs for how I rate the company I just want to cancel no answers about it and my refund PLEASE
